Shipping Policy
Due to Covid-19 shipping and processing could take longer than expected, but we are working hard to get everyone's orders taken care of. You will be promptly notified if there are any delays. Thank you for understanding!
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Please check the product description for more information on that items shipping or delivery information. Some furniture items are eligible for shipping, while others are for store pickup only or local delivery within a 75 mile radius for an extra charge. All apparel, accessories, and jewelry will be shipped within 3 days from the time of purchase. All accents and decor and other small items will be shipped within one week from the time of purchase. Furniture will be shipped within a few weeks time, based on the lead time from our supplier. Once ordered, we will update you with an estimated lead time for your purchase.
Return + Refund Policy
Please note, this is for online purchases only. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
If an item doesn't work out for you, you may request either store credit or refund. Returns will only be granted within 10 days of purchase with receipt, all tags attached, and in original condition. If an item is marked as final sale, this item is not eligible for return.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

SECTION 4 - WIX
Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WIX'S data storage, databases and the general WIX application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
